it should charge it when you plug the usb into your computer. is that not working? dont know anything bout the wall plug you got though

no. the usb is not charging it, it just drains the battery faster for some reason.

you could take it to a nokia repair centre, theres alot around the uk. OR you could go to n95 users forum, just google it and you will get an answer there.
I think nearly every part of the n95 is replaceable

Id give you links but im typing this on my 8gb.

send it for repair mate. theres a guy near me who is very good if you cant find anyone local to yourself.

as said, very annoyling the n95 will not charge via the universal small usb socket all devices should use that so that we only ever need one charger
