Default Cam help, inlet or exhaust?

This is not a for sale post lol.

My dad listed this cam for me on ebay at the weekend as an exhaust cam, but some ones emailed us telling us its the inlet. Can anyone be of any help and put me right?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-SIERRA-RS...1%7C240%3A1318

thats the ebay listing, on my other items hes also put a standard inlet cam.. Have we put them the wrong way around?

Thanks.

Just in passing, why does only the one cam have the grooves machined into it?
