Default Cossie valve seat failure?

I had this happen a while back and since we just built a new engine (not fitted) im kinda worried it might happen again.

Is it only common to ported heads??

All Cossie YB lumps run on unleaded, so no idea why this happened to yours. Except as you say maybe something to do with it being ported/wrongly??

usually a sign the head has been skimmed beyond tolerances

I mean the whole seat falling out of the head,not just worn ect.
