When im on my works laptop.. like now... can i not see any of the symbols or smilees? They are just lots of little boxes with red crosses in!

 

Ah you have a computer troll in your machine to, if you find a way to catch and get rid of the little fecker let me know please because mine is driving me mad

 

It might be to do with the web filtering software that your company has implemented, used to do the same with my laptop from my old job

 

 

Do they show if you right click >>> Show Picture or does that do nothing either?

Are some people's sigs and avatars the same, or is it just smileys and nothing else?

 

I can see sigs!!!Just none of the symbols or smileys!Even when i go to ''show picture'' it doesnt do anything!

 

I have this too, almost seems to come and go daily!

 

mine is the similar on my work laptop, photobucket is blocked by works firewall, so thats why i can't see most pics etc.

 

Its weird!AND it throws my screen out... because instead of the little symbols... it has the full wording...So instead of my little green light to show im online... i have ''Maria is on-line now''or ''Add to Maria's reputation''Tis a pain in the bum!

 

Oh... and by the looks of it, it went let me 'return' as now all of my posts seem to be coming out in one long sentance!

I have the same problem too.... can't see any pics that are posted up when I am on the work's pc..... it seems to depend on what hosting site they've used. Photobucket is a big no no at our place...

Mine is the same. I only get to see certain pictures, which unfortunately doesn't include most peeps ones of Area Meets, track days etc etc etc.
