its not just a matter of the bags,

there is the body sensors, mods to the body for them fit, the loom, the ecu - very specialist, and could cause death or serious injury it not right!

Do you mean Airbags as in the large things that defen you in an accident, then imbed your sunglasses permanently into your brain. Then burn your exposed flesh.

Or (as I suspect) do you mean airbag suspension?

tbh the best person in the uk at the mo is Ray (rayvern hydraullics) he probably does one or two dubs every week with one of his bag set ups but if its not one of his i doubt he would be too helpfull .
the best thing to do in your mates position is go onto this forum http://www.unitylowriderforum.co.uk/ and let the guys there know as much detail on what you have with the kit , there will be someone there that can guide you through the whole fitting process .
afaik fitting bags on a golf is a pretty straightforward procedure should be simply swapping springs for bags and conecting up the air lines to the compressor and tank and wiring up solenoids and control box BUT if its not a well built kit you may need to do some mods on the cars original set up .

Rayvern won't (understandably) touch anyone else's kits. He makes his own.

You could always try www.xquisiteautomotive.co.uk for fitting.
