Agree with you Dave.......they are still holding silly money..

I have just come back from an All Inclusive in Gran Canaria last week....we paid £320 each.

But i am going to Ibiza in June and that is self catering....with the euro as good as the same as the pound, it will be an expensive week i think.

I even think holiday firms have stopped the cheap last minute deals aswell

same holiday i went on last year is £500 more!

have done quite a bit of searching today and just for flights to Florida were £6-£700 each!

then threres the car and villa to sort out, then the disney tickets etc....can see this one is going to hurt my pocket.

I'm heading to the States in June. Paid £289 for my flight with KLM. As i'm staying with a mate i don't actually need a hotel. But i do know what you mean. I got quoted 1700 for a weeks stay in LA

and it's only going to get worse with this "quantative easing"

Wonder what the tax bill will be at the next budget.

guess you will have to tell the missus aint going on holiday this year and slap your name down fo the ring trip

i know what you mean though, the missus keeps looking and the prices are taking the piss,,,, someone at work said that caravan holidays are also going UP due to the new fashion of caravan holidays as there cheeper ( that dont make sence to me either)

ive still got a hotel in malta pre paied and a caravan in south of france for a week booked too that i need to use in the next 2 years so i guess its gonna be a that driving holiday ive been planning since the dawn of time
