My old man has just bought this, he's 68 and I reckon its way to cool for him so might try and pinch it of him.

He's way too old for it 18" wheels and blacked out windows etc and he can't drive for shit anymore, he will smash the wheels within days.
I think its a cracking car but will get wrecked in his hands.

Respect him for getting it though instead of the bog standard ones he went to look at.

i know what you mean, if he's anything like my old man, a car is just to get you from a to b and anything else is just additional hassle if it goes wrong, or he crashes it

He actually went with the intention of buying a new 1.6 standard thing for about 10K but decided he liked the look of this one so bought it.

Thats not too cool for a 68 year old.

My dad is 56 this year and he's got a white Focus RS on order. I wonder if he'll let me borrow it?

Nice looking car I drive an ST and I often see these about and they look great and often fool me into thinking they might be another ST from a distance. My Dad is 52 this year and he's happy driving a company vectra diesel before that he had a 407 estate

Thankfully taste in cars doesn't run in our family

i drive a 2.0 zetec sport as a daily, its my mams car till i can get my own but its so boring.
one of those cars that just blend in rather than stand out, but driving it makes me weep a little.
least the stereo is decent!

it means you just open the flap and push the nozel in fuel up then pull it out
a little flap seals it up so no need for a filler cap
