I got a ticket clealy displaying the disabled bagde on 5/8/8
nothing been heard untill 19/3/9 is there a time scale that they have to send paperwork to me or can they do what they want also was a vaild parking on yellw line while diplaying the disabled badge

if its just a private company not the council ignore it and all there horrible letters, ive had 3 over the years, there not legally enforcable they cant blacklist you unless they drag you to cival court which they definatly wont, they use scare tactics to get people to pay

Was the DATE of expiry of the disabled badge displayed ?, or the piccie side, as if the piccie side you can get a ticket, did you overstay your three hours ?, did you park on yellows with loading restrictions ?

ask for photos. these days they are supposed to take photos of the car in the position and also of dash showing wear ticket should be, and hence should show a pic of dash with disabled badge on it.

if everything was leagal and it's a jobsworth warden then just write back if they contact you saying that it was on display and valid and if not, do they have photographic proof that there was an offence being commited

in which case can they investigate it further

then cc the letter to the head honcho of your local council making the traffic office aware of the fact

i emailed boris johnson when my brother had his 4th false identiy fine sent through the post for dodging the fares on a bus in london when he is in australia and things got sorted double quick

I did go in there on the 12/08 My birthday with the badge but they refused to see me no reason at all aslo said on this paperwork i can do a reprasentation online but cant find a thing on there site FFS feed up with this shit moneygabbing country !!

put the council name into google

click the link to their main page

find their reception number

call them and ask to be put thorugh to the department that deals with parking tickets

ask them where to find the stuff on the internet

it's always worked with me and ealing concil, but i think that's because their number is on my speed dial

you might be able to find the info you are looking for on their website though if you find out what the ycall the department
