Hey Guys

Just wondering if anyone has a issue of Fast Ford Mag that had David Hutchinson's Focus Zetec Cosworth 4x4?

Just seen it going through some old ford mag. It was one of the Ford Fair sections of the October 2002 issue. I remember the Car getting its feature and was the cover car. If i remember it was painted Cadbury Purple.

If anyone has that issue, any chance of a scan of that feature?

I remember having the misfortune of being on track with this car at Nat Day a few years ago.The driver was a w*nker who spent most of the day with a line of cars behind him because he had no track etiquette.On one session I spent 2 laps behind him and just had to force my way by in the end.Something in my 15 yrs of trackday driving I had'nt done before or since.At the end of the session,my da who was my passenger for the day and about 61/62 at the time went up to him in the pits to have a word in his ear,cause the focus boy even managed to wind him up!!!The car itself seemed ok,if a bit slow,but my God the owner was a dipstick!!Regards,Micky

Thats what i was thinking. I'm sure the Transfer box would have shat itself.

 

I'm pretty sure it did at some point, "shonky smoke screen" was the description I was given when I was looking into doing the Focos with Ian.
Did look really nice in the feature though, good engineering went into it.
