Default turbos

on a series 2 turbo.does it need to run the water feed? if not what can you block the holes off with?
what are the benefits and disadvantages?

i think you can block it off, but personally id want to keep it as cool as possible

if the water cooling is there it needs to stay there i would say. just oil cooled turbos have larger oil feeds to them.

series ones werent water cooled and when you go high boost the bigger turbos dont have it either as you are pumping mega hot water straight back in the system.

just didnt know what to block them with

I dont run water on mine. All it does is keeps the coolant temp high! I make sure my car is warmed up before and cooled down after giving it beans tho
