I've driven round there a few times (It's at Milbrook) and it takes proper balls to get air over that rise! There's a sharp left hander really near the landing zone.

Not surprised he was sick though, it's a properly silly stretch of track - it's meant to represent a selection of the most challenging corners in Europe so it's got off camber corners, banked corners, deliberate mid corner bumps, dips and rises mid corner, sections where the car bottoms and tops out etc.

Been there, done that. Audi S3 way back in 2000. Think I'd done 3-4 laps before though, so I knew the corner and thought. Im gonna do it or crash trying Probably wasn't very high though, but it remains the only time Ive ever jumped a car.

I should point out Audi UK got their car back without any damage

He may not be the best F1 Driver ever but no 'not great' drivers win the world title. Given equal machinery he more than matched shumacher on occasion and I dont recall Villeneuve beating him in the same car either. The guy is an awesome driver
