Default Compomotive Ltd Wolverhampton HELP

Having a Mare with this company

Ordered some wheels 2nd Feb told it would be about 28 days.
Chap called James was very helpful and claimed to have knocked off 10% if i went ahead with the order.

anyway phoned up at around the 28th day as i had heard nothing. I was then told that 2 of the wheels came out rubbish and they were not happy with the finish so it would be at least another week. ok i thought fare enough things happen.

long story short i have been told every week for the past three
next week need painting now
next week the painted the wrong ones not yours sorry my fault
next week hopfully but cant be sure (dont want to commit to a date just in case they still arnt ready. I was also told I should not have been told 28 days more like 8 weeks bla bla bla?

So here i am bit pissed off with no wheels no money even though they offered a full refund today I still cant be given a date of dilivery i have had the phone put down on me by a woman called stephany. i feel i have become be a pain to them now phoning to find out where my wheels are?

Im giving them 1 more week to get me a date of dilivery as they said today they are waiting to be drilled.

what would you do

they said they cant knock anymore off as they gave me 10% off to begin with?

could do with second opinion from you guys what do i do?

Wheels ordered Comp CXN's £1674

im sooooooo gutted i really wanted these but feel i should go else where now

Ordered mine at reyland got them cheaper than going to compomotive direct

I will keep you updated just gutted because up until now i was pointing people to Compomotive as i was impressed but now sadly i wont be doing that.

I know things go wrong and stuff but the customer service is poor
even if they said we will knock £20 off to make me feel better about the situation it would have helped. This would have helpe cover some of my calls to them too.

James who works there sounds very sorry when i talk to him and sounds honest. I cant say that about stephany on there sales team shes no help and just rude.

Im just fed up with excuses week after week I want a result one way or another. Not made to feel like its my fault that there busy and would like to be looked after as a valued customer. but instead made to feel like a pain to them and constantly told about customers in italy that are waiting for wheels and ferrari wheels that needed to be done too.

I feel im still in the dark not knowing if its another week or a month really before i will see these arrive and all they can tell me is they dont really know either.

one of my mates ordered a set and waited nearly 4 months b4 cancelling the order... he said more hassle than they wer worth...sorry lad
