I will keep you updated just gutted because up until now i was pointing people to Compomotive as i was impressed but now sadly i wont be doing that.
I know things go wrong and stuff but the customer service is poor
even if they said we will knock £20 off to make me feel better about the situation it would have helped. This would have helpe cover some of my calls to them too.
James who works there sounds very sorry when i talk to him and sounds honest. I cant say that about stephany on there sales team shes no help and just rude.
Im just fed up with excuses week after week I want a result one way or another. Not made to feel like its my fault that there busy and would like to be looked after as a valued customer. but instead made to feel like a pain to them and constantly told about customers in italy that are waiting for wheels and ferrari wheels that needed to be done too.
I feel im still in the dark not knowing if its another week or a month really before i will see these arrive and all they can tell me is they dont really know either.
