last night, driving out of asda only for a car to reverse out of a space and hit the side of the beemer!
I stopped my first reaction was i'm gonna punch the cunt got out and it was a bird, arse! So she jumped out admitted full responsiblity as she wasnt looking and just reversed.
Swopped details and she said she was with tesco insurance not a problem, got home rang insurance company and told them what had happened and the bird at the insurance said she's with churchill! Wtf not tesco's? Oh well mistakes happen, i suppose but while i was on with insurance i kept getting missed calls.
Got off phone with my insurance and rang the number back and it was this bird who hit me, she said she gave me the wrong insurance company details.
Ok i expected her to say i'm with churchill? No she said i'm with the post office!
Wtf!!

She said oh and put the phone down

Tbh there is next to fuck all damage but she didnt seem too arsed about it
And i'd off probably said i'll sort it for a 1'er or something save insurance getting involved but fuck that if she's not arsed about hitting another car i'll use her ncd for it, but something tells me she's done it before
Upside is her damage is far worse than mine

 

and the problem is the accident will also be used against you when calculating next years premium as a "risk factor"

So much for "non-fault" accidents!!

The damage is nothing tbh a bit of a scrape and dent on and above the wheel arch. But my insurance upto now have been a1

The Post Office are just brokers, it probably using Tesco, who are owned by Churchill, which is part of RBS.

Mate of mine is an insurance engineer for them and there are about 8 different companies under the same "umbrella".

Yeah i know mate, but she even told me there underwriter's name which is different to her company. Aint arsed about that cos it's the insurance's problem to sort out.
