Default Quick bit of consumer advice!

My N96 went off for repair last week and it came back today with the original fault still there, and the slider thing is now loose.

It has gone away to be repaired again today, and if it comes back still faulty, am I within my rights to ask for a replacement, or does it have to be repaired 3 times?

Thanks
Rich
