im just back on the site after basically being sick of 16v saxo vts's, pug 309 GTi's and the rest of the fookin french brigade ive got my balls back and im going to get back into fords..... trouble is the cash aint so great with moving into a flat and renovating it all in a month or so, and not as many hours as i'd like at work, so a cheap ford is on the cards.
i came across this last night on gumtree and was faily impressed (i know its not a real one - awaits abuse for it) but it has the looks of a cossie that ive always wanted, overall looks tidy, nice colour and the engine problem is only a lambda sensor that needs fixed. she has offered to put it up on the ramps for a pre-mot to see what it needs and is genuinly friendly and answers all the questions asked by me...

just looking for some advice on what kind of things i should expect to see roughly with this age of car and what people think of the price?
thanks

As far as replicas go it certainly seems to tick most of the boxes and most of the tell tale signs are done, proper fuel flap, quarters meeting the spoiler, proper headlights etc. Looks a bit rough round the edges but im sure that could be sorted easily enough as all the basics for a decent replica are there in my opinion.
