S1 wheel should have something stamped on 3 spokes.
IIRC RS1600i only had Ford motorsport stamped on one spoke only.
From what i can make out it looks like a S1 wheel.
Is there a date stamp on it anywhere??

It all depends on the date stamp i think. I remember buying some S1 wheels from ford back in 1998 - they were still available then, and they were stamped up 1997 or something. Because they were made after production of the S1 ended, they were not suitable for concours, cos they have to be the correct date in relation to the car they are on. Anal i know but the concours scene is very particular.
Either way, im sure it should fetch decent money on the likes of eBay, just be prepared for the messers and the daft questions.
Its gotta be worth a starting price of £50????
