took my escort rs to a garage 2day to get tracking done an wheels balanced.

they done wheels, then they got it on the ramp and done tracking. i noticed that there was a big dent as if they jacked it on wrong place when he first done the wheels but didnt say nutting coz wasnt 100% sure and because ive never actually seen my car in the air so to speak i wasnt too sure.

when i got home i looked agen and thought NOO WAY WAS THAT THERE BEFORE and checked rear footwell to find a fucking lump there.

i got a bit of 4"x4" and a mallet and got rid of dent but u can still tell when u look under car.

CANT BELIEVE IT.

thing is, i cant ring up coz how am i going to prove it

You'll never prove it as you say and as they didn't own up they won't admit it now, just avoid in future and tell your mates.

best thing you can do is ring up and be a bit adment mate say to them you are %100 sure they did it and they will most likely have it sorted to save putting a bad name to there company

Or just ring them up and ask to speak to the guy in charge and say you damaged my car, so i suggest you teach your guys how to jack a car up.

did you not stay with me car ? I have been today for two tyres and I didnt let the car out of my site,I never would at any garage.You run the risk of damage and them going for a "test drive".A couple of my mates own their own tyre business,one of them had a mong who worked for him who jacked a 12month old car up by the floorpan and did exactly the same as you are saying.The boss was not impressed and I think he had to shell out about £800 to have it repaired.Always stay with it is my advice,I would still go back and complain.
