Cosworth Fan switch

Default Cosworth Fan switch
Just a quick question about the standard fan switches.

If i'm fitting a stand alone fan loom, i take it i can use the fan switch to switch the fan relays signal wires? Does it make any odds if i break the negative over positive or the postive over the negative with the fan switch?

Yes fine to do that use the fan switch to trip the relays, doesn't matter what polarity is switched unless wired a certain way(in loom).
