Default Wot BHP will it make

HI lads its know getting very close to putting my motor back togever and i have got in the back of my head wot i would like the motor to make but i fort i would run it by you lot and see wot you think it might make on the rollers

205 block
.50 pistons with pockets
BD14 inlet cam
head standerd
4x4 inlet with spacer
grays
L6 with REYLAND chip still which has still got to be finished
500 intercooler
T34 brand new

as above what exhaust housing?but in general a T34 will not make more then a genuine 380-390 bhp

it will have either .48 or .63 written on the exhaust housing if it has nothing it might be a .55

i would say 350-360 max and that is making the turbo shit itself!running safe a healthy 340 bhp

a bigger turbo!not really a T34 really a T38,but u will get close with a .63 housing

dont know much about Reyland chips but 390+ is possible on a T34 .64 on greys

My mate REX has give me his motor to do at the same time as my motor i think its becuse he dose not wont my car to blow him off

his is a escort cos 4x4

200 block
1mm over size pistons
having BD14 as well
500 cooler
greys
3bar
-31
L8 MSD CHIP and has a P8 as well
t34 but with a .63 housing

about 360 @ 28 psi will need to port the head to gain abit more power at that boost

for the turbo to last you would have to have a 360 bearing and the exhaust blades cut back to stop it from over spinning

if this turbo has not got that then it turbo wont last very long @28 psi

I wish mine would hold that much

Im on a T34.55 as well, only peaks at 28 if im lucky

As long as the car is fun to drive does it matter what power it makes ????

the 48 housing will make a nice punchy motor with very little lag but it will run out of puff at the top end .glad to hear your nearly finished , what does your clutch feel like mate .
