Just bought an XR2 with said lump in it, the car is a racer and the engine was tuned up by MV Turbos before it was put in storage 6 months ago. Put a battery on and it fired up no probs even in the fookin freezing Scottish weather. Was a bit spluttery to start with but I think its just cos she has been lying a while, sounds awesome!!!

Engine is going in my 1.1 Bonus and i have never had or driven a car with carbs before so just curious as to what kinda power it might have, i guessed about 115 bhp?
