Royal Mail International Signed For is the service I think I would use. I'm sure that will do it and won't be a fortune. £10-15 perhaps?

If not, walk into a Parcelforce branch. They can definately sort it.

It should be around £2-£4 by airmail depending on how much packaging you use, and then £3.50 extra to have it signed for. If you know roughly what the package will weigh you can work it out exactly on the royal mail site mate.
