I do to shifts where i work.1 shift is 6am till 2 pm.I get up at 5am for that shift.The other shift is 10am to 6 pm.I get up for this shift any time between 7am and 8am.

well, I set my alarm for 8am and 8:29am

the first alarm stirs me from my sleep - the 2nd one reminds me to expect phone calls so get up

I start work at 8:30

but im a homeworker which means finishing past 3am isnt unheard off

got up at 3am started work at 4am finished by 11.30am spent rest of the day cleaning my car and now its starting to hail

HGV Class 1 Driver , 2am/3am/4am most days , south wales monday got to be there for 7 am , so up out of bed for 2:15 am , been doing this for 17 years so use to it , 2 night's out in all that time , normaly do a 12 Hour day 5 days a week .
