I'm now the proud owner of my first 3 door cossie....with no running gear. However i have a 4wd donar car and 2wd gearbox prop and diff.

Do i need a 2 wd exhaust manifold?
Do i need the 2wd gearbox 'dustplate'?
Do i need a 2wd oil pump / spraybar

I'm new to this but handy with a set of spanners so any guidance on putting the 4wd engine in my 3door would be appreciated

you will need 2wd sump but u can keep 4w spray bar

 

cheers! does anyone know if there are any advantages / disadvantages of using the 4wd oil pump and spray bar?

 

you can modify them to work mate.

 

when you say modify, what exactly do i have to do?
