hi all
my mates mum has a s reg 1.8 si escort, it went to have a new drivers side sill weilded on and since its come back from the garage the centrol locking wont work,the boot release botton still works but you have to lock all the doors sepratly, does any one have any ideas of what this could be cheers

1.9 xr2 on 40's

burnt wires or a left off earth where its been welded/stripped out to weld

ive looked for them but they seem to be fine, theres power goin to the door but no centrol locking seems to be workin, is there a controll unit that powers it, ive checked the fuse and the relays but they all seem to be fine
