ive started to realise that i seem to be having beers every night now for months on end! am i the only one or are the more! lol

 

Im pretty much the same!!LOL

Just been saying to the missus that i want to just have it at a weekend or when i go out! Im turning into my dad!!

I only have a few tho, not so im pished all the time

 

Up until 8 weeks ago I was drinking at least 2-4 beers every night and had been for many years.

 

I can't stand drinking in the house for some reason.

 

I only drink few times a month when i go out clubbing. But never drink at home.

 

i have on average prob 1 bottle of magners/bulmers every 2 months

 

its not great for you, but worse if you can't do without those beers.

My mate started to get to the point he NEEDED to get a drink down him, and got to a point that he was getting stressed if he thought he couldn't. He stopped drinking for over a year, not a drop, and now only drinks when he goes out or entertains.

 

I'm here with some cans of fosters and old speckled hen

 

good stuff, so a bottle of red a nite isnt gonna kill me then

my missus says I have a drink problem, I would agree with her,every time i have a drink i get a bloody anoying whining noise that sounds awfully like my missus

 

well as bri the tall one will tell you .my misses is getting to the point of kicking me out .for about 4 or 5 years i drink every night .only about 8 to 16 cans a night .yes its wrong be i feel i need it .no im not an alcoholic ,it just stops the strees from a bad day .i have tryed to stop and go back to the gym which i use to love doing ,but it never worked .iam sat here on my 14th can now and dont know wot to do

 

never understood why people drink, my dad was a major alcy, he died 6 years ago aged 49...all ive ever seen with drink is violence, my dad, the neighbors etc etc....

i dont do it, plus dont like it....and never understand how people can drink pints and pints of the stuff, how much fluid are you taking in you wouldnt have 6 pints of tea or coffee would ya..you`d be pissing like a race horse...

 

8-16 cans a night, you have tried to stop drinking but cant, at what point do you think some one is classed as an alcoholic?

I never drink in the house only when out now a days. My dad is fooked up because of drink and his liver is knackered etc and always in a lot of pain.

 

i barely drink. xmas new years and maybe once in the year between that!!

 

i have a bottle of smirnoff with my dinner some nights, but never more than one, sometimes only half, and not normally after about 8 pm either

althoguh on saturday nights i may have a few

and when the wrestling live events are on then a few to keep me going through the night

 

never drink really, might do if i go out on the weekend with mates, but dosnt bother me weather i drink or not ! dont stop you having a good time

also i dont like the taste of beer much lol its ok

 

That's excessive fella, try go a whole week without one and see how you feel then, and if you can't seek professional help before it's too late.

 

I normally have a 2 or 3 beers a night during the week and a skin full at the weekend when im out.
I then have a week where i dont touch a drop cos i cba going to the shops or im a tad skint.

Im currently sat here on my 3rd can, will be going to bed after this tho.

 

I limit a maximum of 6 stellas a night.I used to buy in crates but that got way out of hand.My problem is that sometimes I dont have a can untill about 10pm then drink them all !

 

Its easy to get into a habbit of a few drinks a night and as long as its within your weekly allowance and you exercise etc its not a big deal.

You have serious drinking problem fella!! You need to contact a drinking charity such as AA or ADSIS or similar in your area. If you "need" a drink and cant stop then your addicted!! people can be physically AND psychologically addicted to booze.

You shouldnt need to drink so much in order to relax. Your problems go far deeper than just the booze but your whole lifestyle. The sheer amount of booze you are drinking it would be cheaper to downgrade your job (despite the pay cut) to reduce the stress.

Its on average 2 units a can of lager and sometimes more. so your drinking between 16-32 units of alcohol a NIGHT!!! Thats your weekly alcohol limit EVERY night.

ALSO are you driving at ALL?? if so i suspect you are almost certainly OVER the limit MOST of the time!!!! If so you need to stop for the sake of others if not your self.

Think of the money its costing you!! its about a Ł1 a tin of lager (tesco online stella 20 tins Ł19.98).

Ive been travelling ten months now and honestly cant rememer the last day hat went where I didnt have a drink, usually get hammered about twice a week and always have a few drinks at nights. Travelling is such a social thing though, you meet new people all the time, meet up with old friends. Where else do you go when in hostels, but down the bar Fuck it im on holiday lol, not overweight at all, which is amazing as ive pretty much ate shit since left aswell

 

i can take it or leave it, but i must say i do love the stuff, i like having a couple/few after work....sometimes everyday.....sometimes i'll go a week without.....just depends on my mood.........

 

i can quite easily drink 6 pints of tea they call me tony tea pot
however i don't drink alcohol

 

I have heard thats because of the way you stand though?

 

beers and tea are mainly just water with bits in it which is why you can drink so much

just try necking a few pints of milk and you'll soon be spraying cheesy all over the shop

 

i usually go out once or twice a month on a saturday or sunday but this is the 4th wkd in a row ive been offshore as we are so busy just now!! ive been going to the gym nearly every day and tbh i feel much better!! theres nothing worse than waking up with a stinking hangover lol but as for drinking during the week no chance i dont even have a drink at night with tea etc my mate drinks basically every day sneaking out for pints in the afternoon then a couple of beers at night with his tea!!! hes a right fat bastŁ?d lol

 

 

when im at home i drink 3 cans of san miguel a night and get high,but im out with work a lot so that keeps a tab on it.

 

what class of drug do you think alcohol would be if it was newly found?
what advice would you give a friend if he was doing as much heroin as your are doing alcohol?

thats the way i think about it! and like i always say most drugs do have a place in society, its the miss use of these drugs that cause BIG problems
