Its easy to get into a habbit of a few drinks a night and as long as its within your weekly allowance and you exercise etc its not a big deal.

You have serious drinking problem fella!!
You need to contact a drinking charity such as AA or ADSIS or similar in your area. If you "need" a drink and cant stop then your addicted!! people can be physically AND psychologically addicted to booze.
You shouldnt need to drink so much in order to relax. Your problems go far deeper than just the booze but your whole lifestyle. The sheer amount of booze you are drinking it would be cheaper to downgrade your job (despite the pay cut) to reduce the stress.
Its on average 2 units a can of lager and sometimes more. so your drinking between 16-32 units of alcohol a NIGHT!!! Thats your weekly alcohol limit EVERY night.

ALSO are you driving at ALL?? if so i suspect you are almost certainly OVER the limit MOST of the time!!!! If so you need to stop for the sake of others if not your self.
Think of the money its costing you!! its about a £1 a tin of lager (tesco online stella 20 tins £19.98).
