Default escos running probs help

my friend has a escos it was running fine last nite but today will not idle on its own u have to keep the accelerator down any ideas on what to check?

nah its nothing obvious it hasnt been on the road of driven for about 4 yrs has been running fine but was difficult to start yesterday and now wont idle i was thinking coil or tps as there isnt a idle control valve or anything is there?

There is an ICV on the car - could be stuck if it's not been driven

I'd unplug the iscv and see if it makes any difference
