Clubbing in essex
Me and the boys have dicided to drive the 100miles and sample a bit of essex clubs tonight.
the thing is i don't know where there is a club in essex?
pepole add a club in essex and say what town its in.

Southend is alot better on a saturday night Hed Kandi is 2moro night and is always a properly good night.
Fridays are pants in my opinion.

i live 5mins from there, these days its had it, used to be great, 2 rooms full, strippers, buffet, and Ł1.60 a pint.
now just the upstairs open 50% full if your lucky, no food , stripper, and beers gone up, tho not been there for over 2/3 years now, but mates try it now and then.

So you saying "I could think of better places to go than chavvy Essex" sounds like the whole of Essex is full of chavs. There are chavs in every town in the country doesn't mean you have to go clubbing with them.

Brentwood is wicked for birds as well as Billericay - Ivory Rooms can be ok in Billericay. Chelmsford you've got Dukes for the younger chavvy birds, D Place and The Bar for a slightly older birds (21+) - actually really good in these 2, The Bar is always busy, D Place empties out at about midnight. There is a Chicagos round the corner as well but full of oldies, but ok if your ruined and fancy a perv!!!!
Bas Vegas (Festival Leisure Park) is ok, havent been there for a few months but there is a decent selection of bars, if ones crap then move onto the next!!!!

london and essex clubing are tow different things, both with good and bad points.
guessing tank mikes looking for a few pre bars 8ish then head to a club 11ish to 2am sort of thing

we know that most of it isnt true but there are still people that conform to the stereotype!

Right here's my low-down from 26 years Essex experience.......
Southend - Used to be awesome, although all the smaller bars have gone now and most people drink in Varsity.
Basildon (Bas Vegas) - If you really just wanna get laid go here, or for a good bit of letching as so many young ladies wearing not much at all.
Brentwood - Here you have the Classy Essex Bird (does exist), normally Daddy is really minted and for some reason the women think they should have standards. So although normally good looking they can be stuck up.
Chelmsford - Good night, generally there can be a lack of female's to male's so this is a concern.
Romford - I don't really class this as essex (inside M25) and generally is not like other Essex places more like East London. I'm not a lover as can be quite intimidating.
Thats a small synopsis, although I'm sure I'm missings some!!!!!

Dukes in chelmsford is now way pass it's best and smells of cheesy feet!! when out in chelmsford i now tend to stick to the bars and then maybe end up in cargo's.
colchester is a top night out, but always run the risk of trouble with the squaddies, another place that hasn't been mentioned is sugar hut in brentwood-plenty of ladies in that place!! also a place in enfield, 195 or something?? usually get a few z-list celebs in there!! lol

Personally i'd avoid Basvegas, but thats just me! I think i'm getting on a bit for that.

Tho the Essex (outside M25) and Essex (inside M25), difference, is probably down to the secret govenment electro magnetic ring the installed under the M25 many years ago, to prevent aliens taking over london, that has an effect on peoples minds these days
