Damn bunny
Our house bunny has found the stairs (only taken him 2 years). It's now a new trick to clatter his way up them, across the landing and back down before doing a circuit of the living room and back up again
Smug little git
Apologies for the dodgy carpet I've not decorated that bit yet

Surprisingly no, he's very very clean and always goes back to his cage to do his toilet duties. I have read that they can be trained to use a litter tray like a cat

Well he does have a thing for phone wires. He's eaten through 3 phone leads at the inlaws house when they've looked after him. Didn't make him popular, especially when one of the phones was one that had only been plugged in for half an hour after he ate the lead to the last one
When he's at ours he can't get at many cables as most of the floor is laminate which he doesn't like standing on as he slides. Seeing a bunnt 4 leg drift across teh sitting room is quite impressive

We have two house bunnies, started off with one called Guinness then we took in Lola as she wasnt getting looked after by her owners. Sadly we lost Guinness last May and we got Bailey in June. People say "its a bloody rabbit" but little do they know what little characters are and your rabbit is just the same.
all of our buns have had full run of the house while we've been in, Guinness would even jump on the bed and have cuddles on a night. although they're small animals their presence is huge.
This is Bailey who jumps on the couch by himself.
This is Bailey and Lola in there litter tray where they go and do there poos and wees.
This is Guinness.
What rabbits do best.
Bailey when we first got him.
Ginness watching the tv.
Mr G with Lola.
Mr G on the bed.

10K+ Poster!!
We used to have a dwarf rabbit that we kept in the house. The little bugger was always going up & down the stairs trouble was he took a liking to the wallpaper, you'd catch him munching away on it.
You could cradle him in your arms like a baby, i'll see if i can dig a pic out

We got guinness initially on his own. His used to pick up Ruth's scent and he thought she was his mate so he used to hump her leg, foot anything he could if she stood still long enough. also he used to mark her (pee on her to mark his scent) which wasnt nice. We got him snipped and he was fine after that. I dont think we'll ever get another rabbit like guinness he was literally a mini dog, he followed ruth everywhere she went, give kisses everything. Will have to try and put some links up for some vids we have of him.
He was fine on his own as we let him out whenever we were in the house so he bonded really well with us. We took in Lola a year a bit later and he thought it was great but she soon put him into touch and they got on fine. then unfortunately we lost guinness suddenly in May last year leaving Lola on her own (5th time round) and so we got bailey.
If rabbits have the company of humans and constant contact they'll be fine on their own. I think its better to get a male and female but obviously get them spayed and neutered. Males are definitely more friendlier and affectionate than females.
As can be seen from my pic above they can quite easily be litter trained, rabbits usually go to the loo in the same place anyway. Ours spend most of their time lying in their tray.

Yeah they both have an indoor cage each. they're locked away at night and when we're out but whenever we're in they're out free to run about. Ruth has always had rabbits and when we moved into our house we wanted a pet. We were gonna get a cat but i've become allergic and it wouldnt be fair to have a dog so we decided to get another bunny. Although they are small and quiet animals they are so funny.
Instead of putting loads more pics on here i've put some links on to Ruth's facebook page cos she has loads on there.
