looking to trade my car in but its worth just less than what i owe on finance tho i have paid half the amount and can return it under my agreement.but will this affect my gettin a car from a garage in future?

 

No it dosnt affect your statutary rights, im doing the same in 7months time best way of coming out of a car at the moment.

 

i am returning my car after 2 years next week as not worth carrying on paying for a car that wont be worth the Ł12k i would have paid for it after 4 years lol....

and i am just going to buy my own car outright.sod the finance crap.

If you VT (voluntary termination) on a Finance agreement, it doesnt go against you from a credit score point of view.

but, it will be recorded on your credit search that you have excercised your right to VT on an agreement.

 

yeh thought that,so does it affect gettin one in future?
