Is it possible to upgrade to 2.2.1 in the iphone but preserve baseband 02.28.00 and jailbreak using windows?

I have asked on a iphone site (modmyi) but America seems to be offline!

Pwnage tool is just for Mac and DevTeam say not to use quickpwn, just wondering if you knew?!

Appartenly not a lot, but safari is supposed to be more stable.

Suppose i could just jailbreak 2.2 thinking about it
