Ive herd that 20 psi on standard rods & pistons on a cvh is about the limit, not sure about the zetec

you cant answer that question tbh,

boost is only a measurement of the engines restriction, so it depends how well it flows air...

and 20psi on a high flowing gt30 engine would make lots of power... where as 20psi on a t25 would be much less
