Talking to my mate today, and he was telling me about a saff cos he`d seen on a M reg plate. I swear i remember seeing a moonstone blue 3 door on a X reg in a ford magazine years ago along with a K reg in the same colour, but can`t find it on here.

Has anyone seen these or am i going mad?

There was a white 3dr that had been built from the ground up using new parts that was on a later plate.... pretty sure it was a White one anyway.

You get a J plate Series 2 RS Turbo... I know cause I had one.

I got a D plate mk3 escort cabriolet..

I had a mk2 escort on a "Y" plate, even though it was built in 1980, and sold in 1980!!
HHK366Y was the number, four door mk2 escort 1300 auto in terracota.

There are a few N-reg MK5 Facelift Escorts knocking around

and while it's probably not that unusual, I used to see a few C-reg MK2 Granadas and B-Reg MK3's. I did once see a D-Reg MK2 which was unusual.

Also remember seeing an (80-81) X-Reg MK2 Escort

and whilst it's not a Ford, something I saw which left me scratching my head a few months back was a 2001 X-Reg MK1 MR2...

I read in rallye news this month about the m reg saff according to the owner its the only one in the country and was never registered until one of his friends found it and registered it and sold it to him
