MK3 MK4 escort cabriolet owners with electric windows? please help!
Im fitting MK4 escort cabriolet electric windows to my Mk3. Im only testing at the moment as I didnt want to fit them then not work.
Ive got the loom & motor etc all linked up and working, but the passengers side window is alot slower when operated from the passengers side!! when operated from the drivers switch it runs as fast as the drivers side. Any one else had similar problems? Ive tried takin the feed from the drivers side to power the passengers but its still slower. PLease help as im very confused? thanks

PassionFord Post Whore!!
try unplugging the switch on the passenger side and bridge the wiring with a split pin to see if window goes at full speed, if it does the switch is dodgy
