Am I allowed to sell used copies of windows on ebay?

Its all legit but I dont want it and wanna generate some cash lol

Also say if I set a BIN only auction with immediate payment and state that if not contacted within whatever time of auction end I can relist, can I still keep the money they payed lol

unless theres more to that bit than i am picking up on

if its legit versions of windows then i dont see the problem with selling them on
if however they're already registered elsewher to a differant computer then i'm fairly sure that isn't allowed

 

what i mean is if they have bought them and dont contact to collect, as Im not posting a sub& box!

And the vista WAS used until about a year ago, not been used since

 

thing is its been installed on a comp and registered.....so if thats still logged which im sure it will be then when the new install goes to update it will bouce back that its an ilegal copy blah blah and they will get the annoying popup in the bottom right and never be able to update the product

 

mmm maybe I'll forget selling my vista then lol. Need stuff to sell.....
