remove fusebox
strip it out
clean it up
replace
working
then find the covers that were available for the recall for water ingress into the fuseboxes
one is plastic and goes over the battery etc
the others are rubbery and plastic seperate that go over the drivers side ones that does the lights etc
easy enough to pop out
strip it out
clean it up
replace

Aha, my specialist subject. Fookin things....
It's probably corroded to fook inside. It's a bastard to get out too. You have to lay in the footwell, and stick your arm right up into the top corner of the dash.
I took mine apart, and took it to an anodising place, where they stripped all the crap off for about £15 and put it back together myself. Or you could get a replacement, but if 2nd hand it's likely to have similar problems.
WHY do they put it where most of the water collects.

Yeah, if your small enough to stand in the footwell. Or use a crowbar and sod the nuts.
