Close to passing out and shitting himself. Probably wasn't a great move to let him go home, and his mum managed to get out of cleaning his shatty pants by calling the paramedics.... although to be fair, I'd have used up my unlimited minutes trying to find someone to let me give that one a swerve!!

Sorry but i got no sympathy for him. he KNOWS hes a fat cunt and WILL have known from early to mid teens at the LATEST that he was obese and needed to cut down. Yet despite the fact he will have known from the bullying etc he still continued to say yes to his mum and fill his cake hole all the till aged 19 when he nearly died weighing half a ton!!!
He knew he had a problem yet continued. unless hes claiming a food addiction bought on by his mothers excessive feeding at an early age
even then most people addicted know they have a problem but wont accept it because they think they can stop when they please!!

At school, Billy was teased so mercilessly about his size that he refused to go in his final year. He was home-schooled instead.
If hed been homeschooled ALL his life and had no other references of normality then simple abuse by the mum then I could understand it. BUT hes had normal references from interaction with other people at school!!

Yes he's a fat cunt, yes its his fault. However its more of his mothers fault. When he was 14/15/16 SHE is in control over what he eats, she can make him go and play some sports etc, by the time he was 17, he was housebound, therefor SHE was still in control of what he ate, and she fed him burgers, chips, shit like that.
The thing that got me was the fact the first meal she made him when he came back from having a livesaving operation was a fucking hot dog with mustard and ketchup!! WTF is she thinking.
She is the problem, she has overfed him, got him into that state. Although near the end you seen him refusing to get out of bed etc... weak willed, lazy cunt, so he isn't blameless.
Sad programme and if he continued living with his mum he would put weight on again imo.

I think most things have been said here already. COuldn't believe when he got the plate with 2 burgers and chips and then half a bottle of sauce went on top.
