I am just wondering as live mapping, launch control, any probs with your car and plug it into your laptop then it tell you also has everything plus when taking it into a tunning company no more chips etc etc wrong or right in saying that?

You can get megasquirt to run a chainsaw

It will work, but as there are so many good ecu's about and very knowledgeable tuners I don't think its worth buying.

It's not going to be as easy as plug it in, fiddle a bit on settings and it will work fantasticly. So pay a bit more and go to someone like Stu, considering the starting bid is £315

I did look into megasquirt ages ago when I had a FRST, no doubting it's very capable and fully loaded with features.

If you know someone to set it up then all the best to you, I havn't seen megasquirt on a cosworth so at least it would be different, which is always good
