i went to get some parts today from partco/unipart and after telling the woman working there, nicely, that i thought to total cost of the parts were abit more than i thought they would be, then without her saying anything and going straight back on the computer she came back 2 seconds later and give me them all at trade price, which was only about 60 percent of what i would have payed if i never said anything in the first place,


just wondering how/what people say to get trade prices on parts without being cheeky as it was quite a saving i made today, and need more parts as always with fords...
