whats a good hangover cure?
sitting at work not feeling the best, need to eat or drink something to help my shakes!
Not a good way to start the week!

dont fookin talk to me about hang overs 
saturday i went to bath woth some mates to watch the england rugby, said to the missus i wont be late, 6pmish....
i ring her at 1.30am, to come and pick me up form a club
i was sooo fukkin hammered, i puked up my chicken kebab, then every hour after that till 3.30pm i was still puking my ring, i had to drink a pint of water just so i could throw it back up
i finally managed to get out of bed about 5pm yesterday, and sat here now, my stomache feels like ive had the shit kicked out of me, i dont think i have had suck a bad headache that i had yesterday.....
im not drinking ever again, well, not till this weekend anyway

really don't think i could stomach the orange stuff at the mo!
hopefully ill feel better after lunch. doesnt help when work is soo quiet and ive got time to think about feeling fooked!
how come everytime i go for a quiet drink on a sunday i end up the last person in the pub at 1am?!

drink about 4 pints of water and u'll feel better in no time, see all a hang over is, is where your brain shrinks because of the lack of water in it ( because your brain is mainly water). This is dehydration caused by alcohol being a dietic and making u piss out more than you drink 
Lucosade helps too, but don't drink it without having ater aswell

I never get headache problems from having one too many, I ALWAYS have a very bad stomach the day after! But never a headache!!!

i watched a program about this the other day! tonic water is supposed to be the best as its got something in it to stop the hangover! fuck knows if it works really though! i bet its more physcological than anything.. might give it a try at the weekend though!

when u get home from a nite on the piss drink as much water as u can, I'll usually down at least 1 bottle b4 bed and take another with me to drink through the nite when I wake up thirsty.

Best thing to do is neck back a few jugs of water when you get home, keeps you re-hydrated and stops the hangover.
For an upset stomach the best thing you can do is get out of bed and jump around which will kick your digestive system back into action. Or you will just vom everything up, result.
