Where are you guys getting these low premiums from?

Does everyone run them on a traders policy?

I'm 23 and paying £650 on an old Land Rover. Lowest quote I've had is £1300 for an s2 RST

I would love an RS, but the daft amounts of money involved just do not make sense.
