Default manifold/head advice needed (zetec)

on my zetec turbo ive got a standard erst exaust manifold ive drilled and taped the head to fit it but now ive got a zetec turbo exaust manifold i want to fit.

my problem is when i remove the old maniflod studs im going to have holes in my head going through to the oil ways (some of them) how should i go about blocking them up? or is it a case of needing a new head

could do
or use 2 13mm bolts tighten them against each other to screw the stud in and then use the air saw
is the head on or off the car
could c if i can get some shear bolts for ya
or use a standard 13mm bolts and then cut the end bit off

Yep grub screws are the way to go IMO. If you go to the hassle of taking the head off to have it welded you might aswell just fit another head and sell the drilled one on Ebay.
