Haven't updated my TomTom or my Snooper for quite a while so I decided to update. Plugged them in via the USB and they won't have non of it now. TomTom has logged me on, gone through the process for updating but the screen has been stuck on the hourglass (searching) mode for 30mins now. Snooper won't register my registration code either. Non of the subscriptions have run out, I checked those already.......

Have I fooked them by not updating them regular enough??
