hi does any one now any good password protected software ya now so ya need a password to get into the file

Put all the files you want password protected into a new folder.

Edit the folder properties to make it a compressed folder then add a password.

Type this into windows help if you want step by step instructions: password protected files

Or WinZip password protected archive.

 

PGP is what I would personally consider good, not password protected zip which allows the content of the zip to be viewed without the password and is easily cracked.

password protected zip's are only good if good means easy to use rather than secure
