Default EGT monitor and sensor options?

Hi all

I want to measure EGT and looking for best options.

I got the sensor below but the probe is very long and would not like this in the manifold (very obtrusive) and hate to think what would happen if it broke off!!,

I know it can be bent, but thinking there must be better probes available?? this one would be better in the down pipe after the turbo, but would ideally like to monitor all 4 cylinders at the manifold.

Any suggestions welcome.

You run a long sensor to get the cable etc away from the heat of the exhaust.

How much of the probe needs to be inside the manifold? + if you had 4 of these sticking out all over the place would be very messy
