pay pal is brill spent 780 in honkong with it and another 200 on some other shite that some one helped themselves to

got my money back eventually but taken 6 weeks left it to the TSB to sort it out they had scammed my account and used my bank details thankfully the TSB spotted it and froze account

was a real pain tying to pay the gas bill wih no bank cards but gave me a reason to make the robbing gas company wait for there Ł380

the experiance ive had with selling is you can sell something take payment via paypal . the buyer can get shitty for what ever reason (maybe not your fault) or just say a item didnt turn up . then they claim it back . it goes in their favour and you end up cash down and them still having your part.

1. According to PayPal accepting their ToS (Terms of Service) in effect means you waive your rights to credit card consumer protection laws if you want to use their service, and that you may not issue a chargeback for unauthorized use of your credit card and PayPal account, or if you do, then they have the right to limit your account. Is this legal? We don't know. But it's how Paypal operates. See my credit card waiver page for more information.

I had a little problem with my paypal account not so long back but with a phone call to them it was resolved...... however, I logged into Hotmail yesterday saying there was a problem with my account.... and to click on the link to resolve it (which I didn't cos I am now very wise to this one)

Logged into paypal and there were no disputes to be resolved..... so someone's on the scam again.

use a long password such as

Caps and normal

E.g. EFRB14567889j45

paypal has a fraud department that if your account is being used they call you and ask if a large amount is being paid out, if moneys where taken out that you can prove was someone else then they will repay the money back.

i paid out 4.000 and got a call from paypal saying that a trasaction as being made of that amount i had to conferm a few detals ect and then told that they needed to call as this amount was large

I'm never one to believe a singular source and would most certainly check it with something else other than search shield which runs AVG linkscanner which has been covered in controversy since its release.
