Anti Lag & Launch Control

anyone had this fitted to there car

is it o.k for mine to have it its standard 4x4 cos

I had both, LC is okay on a standard car (noticeable extra stress on transmission) but ALS will wear a standard turbo very quickly mild or not. My ALS dropped a valve in the head which holed a piston so pretty much every component in the engine will be under considerable strain! Can you afford a rebuild?
