also notice the grooves in the disk aswell, the disks are cheep discs anyway,,,, though i only ever warped these at the ring and this is the second set ( no quibble warranty,, they just swop them over so 7quid well spent IMO )

also i got "tiny" mudflaps on the rear, the seem to cover alot so i cant comment about metal on the paint work im afraid on these,,,,,, but i do recomend them alot !!!

the M1155's dont at all.... well forward.... reverse its REAL bad,,, its like fingers down a blackboard !!!!.... but i just turn up the stereo and reverse

its REAL loud in reverse though !!!, when i get warranty claims on ML or X5's about loud brakes and hear them,,,,,,,, i HONESTLY wish they could hear mine in reverse they would never complain again

but reverse dont bother me,, front is silent as anything and they bite like a fucker !

They need to be installed very carefully or they squeek!!!!

1155s are worse on dust and on noise than 1144s

But performance wise they are the best pads I have found for any application,

Alex

Even if you have the same type pads on front and rear there will always be more dust on the front because most of the power goes to the front brakes

Why dont you just remove the pads? No dust at all then!
