Posted this on rs1600 forum and its generated alot of interest, just a little something i obtained years ago and let it sit in my garage, apparently only 3 were known to exist, all in germany as someone runs one other their, another got scrapped and one in a museum... any guesses as to what it is? i have let slip in the past i have one of these lol .....


and urm i cant now find anywhere i can add the pictures of the engine!????? if anyone can goto fiestaturbo and nick the pictures from my post id be grateful! or tell me how to do it? lol

these pics have done the rounds before...its a 16v head for a cvh, like the old warrior pinto heads........ace stuff.

 

the head is worth tthe same as an escos

as for plans, not sure, i dont have a car to put it in, and my fez turbo has been off the road for 9 years now so that will be first, but cos im only renting and aint in secure house/garage im reluctant to bring it down.. but i do plan to buy a house next year so if the money is right i will sell, or swap for a cossie...LOL

Yours must be one of the other 3 remaining mentioned in my link above.........very interesting, may be worth getting in touch with that 16i guy and seeing if he can tell you more.

 

now im getting confused! that futre bloke is someone else, not me lol, the pictures i have posted were from my back garden from summer, but never got round to posting them on the rs1600 website until last week. The futre bloke is trying to buy the head off me lol, so yes their is another head i existance and yes its sitting in my garage lol

urm dont think so as mine is now the 4th according to him!...and if you notice his engine does not have the rs 1616i on the cam covers

 

He thought that picture of the engine bay was your car but it's nothing to do with you.
